What you pay for
A fixed fee for your practice, a fixed amount per client, and beyond that only usage that has a real cost behind it. All per month, + VAT.
£100 a month
Platform fee. Your practice portal with dashboard, team, branding and client billing.
£13 per client
For each client that was active in your practice that month. Deactivated clients don't count.
15 documents per client
Included every month and pooled across all your clients. With 20 clients, that's 300.
30p per extra document
For each document above your pooled allowance. Unused documents don't roll over.
£3 per bank account
Per connected client bank account, in real time through Open Banking.
15p per WhatsApp message
For questions to FinBaze on WhatsApp, from you or your client.
1p per AI credit
For the AI assistant in the app and the checks in the background. Booking documents doesn't use credits.
5p per letter
For reading an incoming letter automatically, so its content lands in the client's books.
Worked example
Twenty clients: £360 a month, plus usage
A practice with 20 clients pays the £100 platform fee and 20 × £13. For that, every one of those clients gets everything in Scale. Whatever you spend on usage, you pass on to clients from the same portal.
