Ecommerce connections

Every order invoiced, every fee booked

Connect Shopify, WooCommerce or Amazon, and your payment provider. FinBaze turns every order into a sales invoice and books payments, fees and refunds separately, by fixed rules.

On every plan, from £35 a month + VAT.

After the order

Four moments that touch your books

The order is only the start. This is what FinBaze does with a refund, a payout, the VAT return and a sale in another currency.

How FinBaze books

The fixed rules behind every connection

Draft until fulfilled

An open order waits as a draft invoice and changes when the order changes.

Final on fulfilment

Once the order is fulfilled or completed, the invoice is final. On Shopify and WooCommerce your customer gets it by email.

Order number as reference

Find any invoice again by the order number from your shop or Amazon.

Buyer as contact

The buyer's name, address and any VAT number come across onto the invoice.

Earlier orders imported

When you connect, FinBaze brings in your existing orders without emailing those customers again.

Cancelling means crediting

If an order is cancelled after its invoice was final, a credit note follows.

Stripe payouts matched

Stripe payouts are matched to the deposit in your bank feed, using the reference your bank shows.

Catalogue in step

On WooCommerce and Amazon your products stay in step with FinBaze. Variations become separate products.

Questions about the connections

Another question? Contact us

Yes. Shopify, WooCommerce, Medusa and Amazon connect on Basic, Grow and Scale. If you sell in euros or dollars as well as pounds, choose Grow, which adds invoices in other currencies. A payment provider such as Stripe connects as an extra connection, and Shopify bills the FinBaze app through your Shopify invoice.
