Know your cash months ahead

Choose 3, 6 or 12 months. FinBaze projects your cash from your open invoices, your subscriptions and your own history, and shows each month what's certain and what's estimated.

Forecasts are part of Scale, £90 a month + VAT.

Why not a spreadsheet

A cash flow forecast you don't have to maintain

A cash flow forecast in a spreadsheet costs you an afternoon every month, or a few hours of your accountant's time. On Scale, for £90 a month, it's waiting for you every morning.

How it works

What's certain and what's estimated, always kept apart

Every month in your forecast has two parts: what's already in your books, and what your history says about the rest. You see them side by side, never blended.

Expected

Money you already know about: open sales invoices and bills, live subscriptions and unpaid loan repayments.

Estimated

What your last twelve full months say about the rest. Subscriptions already counted as expected are taken out.

Range

A low and a high outcome around the estimate, as wide as those months varied. Expected amounts don't move.

Closing balance

Today's cash, plus expected and estimated, month by month to the end of your horizon.

Nominal accounts

What counts

What goes into your forecast

Only what's already in your books, plus an estimate you can trace.

Open sales invoices

Each invoice counts on the day that customer usually pays, measured from the invoice date.

Open bills

What you still owe goes out in the month it's due.

Live subscriptions

Recurring invoices count in their month. A cancelled subscription stops on its own.

Loan repayments

Unpaid instalments show as money out on their due date.

Your own history

Your last twelve full months of bank payments fill in what isn't on the books yet.

Profit too

Switch to revenue and costs and see the estimate by nominal account, just like your P&L.
