FinBaze has entered the AI Accounting Software World Ranking at number 21 out of 346 AI accounting and finance tools worldwide. It is our first appearance in the ranking, published on 15 October 2026 by The A to Z of AI Accounting Software (Atozai).
What the ranking measures
The ranking scores tools on real AI capability, not size or brand recognition. Each vendor receives a single score from 0 to 100, based on how central AI is to the product, how much of the accounting workflow it covers, how well its claims are evidenced, its market traction, and the depth of its coverage. Tools where AI is a bolt-on feature are discounted, so established names can't outrank AI-native tools simply by being bigger.
FinBaze is listed in the AI-Native Ledger category, with a score of 80.8.
Why it matters
We built FinBaze so the software does the bookkeeping, rather than just recording what you enter. FinBaze captures receipts and invoices, categorises transactions, matches payments and prepares filings, with the goal of handling 80% of administration without anyone touching it.
